NEOTO

Our founders

Two people.One shared vision.

Neoto began as a shared venture between Pablo Sanchez and Kaoru Harada.

Two different backgrounds and perspectives, brought together by a shared approach to relationships, business and the long term.

Before it became a business organisation, Neoto began with a decision: to build together.

The founders

Two perspectives.One shared venture.

Neoto reflects the experiences, cultures and perspectives of its founders.

We do not aim to agree on everything.

We believe a shared vision becomes stronger when it can embrace different viewpoints, listen, question its assumptions and evolve.

01

Co-founder

Pablo Sanchez

An international perspective shaped across different markets, cultures and approaches to business.

His professional and entrepreneurial background has involved international projects, with Japan central to that experience.

At Neoto, he brings an entrepreneurial outlook, a focus on new business development and an approach grounded in trusted relationships and a long-term perspective.

Creating opportunities matters when we also build relationships that can last.

02

Co-founder

Kaoru Harada

A perspective deeply connected to Japan and to the importance of the human relationships behind every venture.

She brings to Neoto a close understanding of Japanese society and its context, complementing the international outlook with which the venture began.

Her approach to relationships, trust and responsibility is part of the identity we want to build Neoto around.

Businesses can grow without losing their closeness to the people who make them possible.

Building together

Complementary strengths are part of Neoto too.

Building something together does not mean always thinking alike.

It means sharing a direction, trusting each other and recognising that differences can lead to better decisions.

Neoto grew from these complementary strengths.

We want that same approach to relationships to be part of the businesses we build in the future.

  • Trust
  • Respect
  • Complementary strengths
  • Shared vision
  • Long-term thinking

From people to business

A company’s culture begins with the relationships between the people who build it.

The principles we practise with each other are also those we want to bring to Neoto: trust, respect, responsibility, a willingness to listen and a shared long-term perspective.

As Neoto grows, we want to preserve that way of working.

Not because a business should remain small, but because growth should not mean losing what made it worth building in the first place.

Businesses grow. The relationships they are built on should grow with them.

We built Neoto together. We want it to keep growing that way.

With trust in people, responsibility in our decisions and a shared long-term vision.
